Corporate Event and Conference Coverage

Stage, screen, audience reaction — the three frames every session needs.

A corporate conference, summit or awards night needs coverage that the communications team can use immediately and that includes the people who couldn’t fly in. Here’s what full coverage looks like.

What gets photographed

  • Every keynote and main-stage session — speaker, screen, and audience reaction
  • Breakout rooms and panels
  • Registration, branding, signage and the room sets (before doors)
  • Networking, meals and candids — the ‘people enjoying it’ shots the marketing team actually needs
  • Sponsors’ activations and booths
  • Awards: each winner on stage, the handshake, the group at the end
  • A few environmental portraits of executives if requested

Same-day delivery

For anything with a press or social component, we deliver a culled, edited selection the same day or overnight — often batches during the event — so the comms team can post while it’s live. The full gallery follows.

Streaming and hybrid

Multi-camera streaming of the main stage to remote attendees, with clean audio from the AV desk, on-screen lower-third graphics and slides integrated. Recordings of every session for on-demand access afterward. It’s the same production capability we bring to weddings and graduations, scaled to a ballroom.

And the headshot booth

A running headshot station in a side room is a popular add — attendees rotate through between sessions and leave with a current portrait, all shot to one consistent look. See the headshot guide.
