How It Works

From the room to your viewers

Every stream is built on the same chain — capture, mix, encode, deliver — scaled to the event.

Single-camera live streaming signal flow One camera and wireless microphones feed an audio mixer and encoder, which sends the stream over the internet to YouTube, Zoom and a private password-protected page. Cameraon tripod Audio mixer+ wireless mics Encoder Internet YouTube Zoom Privatepassword
Single-camera streaming — the simplest reliable setup for a ceremony or service.
Multi-camera live streaming with live switching Three cameras, an audio mixer and a graphics source feed a video switcher. The switcher output goes to an encoder, then over the internet to public and private destinations. Camera 1 — wide Camera 2 — medium Camera 3 — close Audio mixer + mics Graphics / titles Videoswitcher Encoder Internet
Multi-camera streaming with live switching — for larger ceremonies, stages and full receptions.
Primary and backup internet connectivity The production system connects to the internet over a primary wired path and, where available, a secondary cellular path for redundancy. Production system Internet Public stream Private stream Primary — wiredBackup — cellular (where available)
Connectivity is planned in advance with the venue; a backup path is added where the site allows.

Common Questions

Live streaming FAQ

Can the stream be private?
Yes. Streams can be unlisted, embedded on a private page, or protected with a password so only your guests can watch.
Do we get a recording?
Yes — a full recording of the stream is provided after the event, and an edited highlight version is available as an add-on.
What if the venue has poor internet?
Connectivity is checked with the venue ahead of time. Where the site allows, a backup cellular connection is added for redundancy.
Can you connect remote presenters or Zoom?
Yes. We can bring in remote speakers and stream to or from Zoom, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams and YouTube.
One camera or several?
Both. A single camera is ideal for a ceremony or service; multi-camera with live switching suits stages, larger rooms and full receptions.
